This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this website and through the authorized Google Workspace and Gmail integration described below. It does not necessarily describe information collected separately through signed remodeling or construction contracts, invoices, payment arrangements, or other offline business activities.

Bud Remodeling does not currently maintain website visitors through an online customer-account, ecommerce-order, or purchase-record system.

This website does not collect, process, or store credit card, debit card, or banking information.

Any payments, deposits, or financial transactions related to actual remodeling or construction contracts are handled separately outside this website through direct business arrangements.

Based on our website’s current configuration, the website’s initial server response does not currently alter its output or functionality upon receiving DNT or GPC signals.

However, third-party services and technologies integrated into our website—including mapping, form-security, tag-management, security, and review-related services—may collect or process technical information regarding your visit according to their own independent technologies and privacy practices.

Google Workspace and Gmail Integration

Bud Remodeling may authorize its own Google Workspace business account to allow the Bud Remodeling Service Hub integration to access Gmail using read-only authorization. In Phase 1, the integration may process the mailbox or account identifier, message metadata, sender and recipient information needed for lead processing, subject lines, and message content when needed to determine whether a message is a legitimate business or project inquiry.

This access is used only for legitimate internal business operations, including detecting and addressing missed project inquiries, identifying legitimate lead candidates, recording limited lead metadata, and monitoring lead-response workflow or status.

Phase 1 does not permit the integration to send, modify, delete, label, or otherwise alter email or mailbox contents. It does not download attachments and does not process SPAM or TRASH.

Message content is processed only as needed for the disclosed lead-intake purpose. Raw message bodies and full MIME content are not intended to be retained long-term, and attachments are not retained. We may retain limited lead metadata, synchronization identifiers or checkpoints, and audit records when reasonably necessary for business operations, troubleshooting, security, recordkeeping, compliance, the disclosed purpose, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Authorized service providers, including Service Hub and Google Cloud infrastructure used on Bud Remodeling’s behalf, may process the limited information needed to operate and secure this integration. Gmail or Google user data is not broadly shared.

Bud Remodeling’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail or Google user data obtained through this integration is not sold, used for advertising or ad targeting, provided to data brokers, used for creditworthiness or lending decisions, or used to train AI models in the current Phase 1 implementation.

Access depends on authorization from Bud Remodeling’s Google Workspace account and may be revoked through Google account or application permissions or by disabling the integration. If authorization is revoked, automated Gmail processing stops until valid authorization is restored.

We use least-privilege authorization, restricted runtime identities, and Google Cloud Secret Manager protection for OAuth credentials, together with reasonable controls designed to prevent unauthorized access. No method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Information Sharing

Bud Remodeling does not sell your contact or project inquiry information to third parties for monetary compensation.

Website inquiry information may be accessible to Bud Remodeling employees and owners who need the information to respond to or manage an inquiry, as well as an authorized business or website support provider assisting Bud Remodeling.

Information may also be processed by service providers necessary to operate, host, protect, maintain, or support the website and its functionality.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requirements, or to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Bud Remodeling, website users, or others.

9. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through website inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate your remodeling project, fulfill standard recordkeeping requirements, or comply with legal and administrative obligations.

We may update our retention practices as our business operations, recordkeeping requirements, or legal obligations change.

10. Reviewing, Correcting, or Requesting Removal of Information

If you have submitted an inquiry through our website and would like to update your contact details, correct an error, or request that we remove your information from our active email files, please email info@budremodeling.com.

We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.

This customer-care process does not limit or expand any rights that may be available under applicable law.
